Just as there is a steadying interlude between movements in music, all persons need interludes in their lives to steady and nourish themselves. Each day retreat is designed to offer opportunities for you to relax and renew. Drawing from the seasons and a variety of experiences using story, sound, music, play, and creative expression, you will have permission to tell your own story, freedom to explore your own experiences, play and laugh, and simply relax as yourself in a welcoming space. In addition, you will be able to take away helpful spiritual practices for nourishing life’s journey.

The Sacred Art of Being Present to God and one another moving into the holidays and winter months. Karen Renee Robb of Frame Drum Wisdom will co-lead this retreat. Meditation, quiet, self-compassion. Permission to relax. Register HERE.
