WORSHIP SERVICES
Scarritt-Bennett Center continues to carry on worship experiences to deepen the
faith and prayer life of all people regardless of faith belief or
denomination. All worship services are free and open to the public.
A small donation is requested at some services.
Lessons
& Carols is the traditional
English service, modeled after the service held in Cambridge, England,
of nine lessons. This service is usually held the first Sunday
in December during the Advent season.
Opportunities
to Walk the Labyrinth
The labyrinth is an ancient tool used for prayer and meditation
and has been used throughout the centuries to assist persons seeking
discernment in their life's journey. An outdoor labyrinth is available
year-round and is located in the courtyard beside Scarritt Hall
(the building with the tower).
