Guest Housing check-in is located in the Laskey Building. Check-in begins at 3:00 pm central time. If you will be arriving after midnight, please contact our Front Desk at 615.340.7500 or toll-free 866.420.5486 before 5:00 pm central time on the day of arrival to make arrangements. After 5:00 p.m., go to Laskey Lobby for instructions. Check out is at 10:30 am. Please bring your key to our front desk. If you are with a group, payment for the event is arranged by the group leader.

Each residence hall has a washer/dryer, ironing board and iron located in the basement. Lounges are available and offer an opportunity for socializing and relaxation.

There are no elevators in the residence halls, so let your leader know if you require a first floor room. If you are booking individually, please let Guest Services know when making your reservation. First floor rooms are subject to availability.

Each twin room shares a full bath with the adjourning room. An alarm clock is available in each room.

Scarritt-Bennett Center is a smoke-free campus.

DINING
The historic Susie Gray Dining Hall is where all regular meals are served buffet style. (30 person minimum.) Advance reservations are required. Each meal has a specified time frame and groups are invited to attend the meals during the following times:

Breakfast 7:30 am - 8:30 am @ 8.00 per person
Lunch 11:30 am - 1:00 pm @ 10.00 per person
Dinner 5:30 pm - 6:30 pm @ 12.00 per person

For groups under 30 people, a full catering menu is available. Cafe options will also be available beginning August 1.

For those who have special dietary requirements, requests must be given to the Guest Services department two weeks prior to the event. Also, due to our advance registration system, we are not able to accommodate walk-in customers for meals. In the event the dining room is not available, other arrangements will be made.

Our staff is also able to provide private catered meals for your group. Please contact the Guest Services office for further details.

A morning coffee break is provided near the meeting rooms. This includes coffee (regular and decaffeinated), hot tea, hot chocolate and ice water. All other ordered refreshments will be provided in the meeting room. For available snack items, please refer to the Snack Break List.

No outside catered food is allowed on campus.

The Business Center is located in the Laskey Building. For your convenience, copiers, and a facsimile machine are available for your use. If you need to receive a fax, the number is (615) 340-7551.

Scarritt-Bennett Center does not provide any private transportation to or from the airport. We suggest two options for your convenience.

FREE PARKING
Scarritt-Bennett Center has two parking lots located on 18th Avenue South, parking is on a first come, first served basis. Several events may be taking place simultaneously, therefore space is limited and parking is not guaranteed. Recreational vehicles and buses are discouraged. Please ask Guest Services and Reservations for the name of the parking lot closest to your destination here on campus.
