Overnight accommodations are available for up to 139 people in three Gothic-style buildings.

Once a college campus, the Center's converted residence halls have semi-private and private overnight accommodations. Our newly renovated rooms in Gibson Hall are equipped with televisions and high-speed internet access.

Parking is free and the Center is located within walking distance to many area restaurants.

CHECK-IN/ CHECKOUT
Guest Housing check-in is located in the Laskey Building. Check-in begins at 3:00 pm central time. If you will be arriving after midnight, please contact our Front Desk at (615) 340-7500 before 5:00 pm central time on the day of arrival to make arrangements. Check out is at 10:30 am. Please bring your key to our front desk.

Each residence hall has a washer/dryer, ironing board and iron located in the basement. Lounges are available and offer an opportunity for socializing and relaxation. There are no elevators in the residence halls, so if booking with a group, let your leader know if you require a first floor room. If you are booking individually, please let Guest Services know when making your reservation. First floor rooms are subject to availability.

Each twin room shares a full bath with the adjourning room. An alarm clock is available in each room.

TELEPHONE/MESSAGES
There are telephones located all around the Center for your convenience. Outside lines are accessed by dialing 9+number. Any long distance calls may be made through a 1-800 calling card number. There are also telephones in each overnight room and these telephones do have voice mail. Incoming telephone messages for you will be accepted through Scarritt-Bennett Center’s main line, (615)340-7500.

Messages will be delivered to your room, as well as sent to your voice mail if you are staying overnight. To expedite this process please ask callers to mention the event you are attending.
