A sacred day retreat designed to help you let-go and allow the Spirit to move in and through you. A variety of experiences will aid in the process including sound exploration; watercolor painting; meditation; somatic movement; journaling; walking the labyrinth and a cacao ceremony. Each experience will allow for the cultivation of presence, awareness and the embodiment of Spirit. Reflection time after each sensory experience will be an important part of the day.
